Brandon Adams has a strong foundation in education. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education from the University of South Carolina in 2016 and subsequently served as a fourth-grade teacher in Title One School Districts across South Carolina for several years. This prior experience in education equips Mr. Adams with a unique perspective, enabling him to understand and address legal concerns within the educational sector comprehensively.
Driven by a desire to broaden his impact beyond individual schools and districts, Mr. Adams pursued a law degree at the University of South Carolina School of Law. During his studies, he remained committed to serving others, holding various leadership roles such as President of the Matthew J. Perry Chapter of the Black Law Students Association, participating in Mock Trial and Moot Court, and mentoring local public-school children through the AVID program.
Before joining Himes, Petrarca & Fester, Mr. Adams focused his legal practice on handling a variety of insurance-related disputes, representing both insurance providers and insured individuals and entities in his hometown of Columbia, South Carolina. In this role, he managed all aspects of litigation and worked diligently to achieve fair resolutions while safeguarding the interests of his clients.
Each day, Mr. Adams eagerly anticipates the opportunity to provide guidance to those in need, reflecting his dedication to serving others both as an educator and an attorney.
