Ms. Litra joined Scariano, Himes and Petrarca in 2008 and has been involved in unfair labor practice proceedings and litigation involving labor and employment issues. She also has experience assisting clients in matters involving teacher dismissal, employee discipline and property acquisition.
Ms. Litra received a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Michigan State University in 2004 and her Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law in 2007. While in law school, Ms. Litra gained experience in school law while clerking at a firm that exclusively represented school districts. Ms. Litra also clerked at a Detroit area law firm specializing in litigation.
