At Scariano, Himes and Petrarca, Chtd., our goal is to represent you in the same way that we would like to be represented. The firm’s dedication to the unique needs of park districts, library districts, school boards and municipalities, among other governmental entities, began nearly sixty years ago. From its inception in the early 1950’s, Scariano, Himes and Petrarca, Chtd., has grown to represent more than 100 school districts, special education cooperatives and vocational education cooperatives, predominantly in Illinois. We operate offices in three locations – downtown Chicago, Waukegan and Chicago Heights, to more readily serve our clients. We manage our firm's growth and hire attorneys with the expectation that we will build and retain stable, lasting and personalized relationships with our school district clients.
